15-minute guided somatic tracking activity to increase awareness of and cultivate compassion for how grief shows up in your body
15-minute EFT tapping session to support emotional release and calm your nervous system
Whether you use them together or individually, these practices are designed to help you create moments of relief, presence, and care as you navigate the complexities of grief.
