You’re in a season where something is shifting.
You can feel yourself growing, changing, wanting more meaning and alignment, but you can’t quite name what that looks like yet.
It feels like something inside of you needs to make its way into the world… you just don’t know what it is or how to listen for it.
And here’s the truth:
You don’t need more searching, more trying, more forcing something to happen.
What you need is s p a c e — quiet enough to hear yourself again.
Returning to Self is a small-group, somatic experience for people who feel ready to slow down, come home to their bodies, and listen more deeply to what’s asking for their attention.
This work isn’t about fixing yourself or finding a single “right” path. It’s about creating enough space and safety in the body to hear your true self, and learning how to gently translate that truth into lived action, in your own life and in the world around you.
This is not coaching or therapy. This is a way to return to yourself through guided attunement, intentional practice, and aligned action.
Who Returning to Self is for
This container may be a good fit if you:
Spend a lot of time in your head and want to feel more grounded in your body
Sense there’s something within you asking to make its way into the world, but aren’t quite sure what
Are navigating grief, transition, burnout, or an undeniable inner shift
Want to make an impact for yourself, humans, animals, or the world, but don’t want that looks like yet
Are drawn to somatics, nervous system work, reflection, and gentle integration
What to Expect
Over four weeks, we’ll move through a shared curriculum that supports listening, integration, and embodiment
Each Weekly Session will Include:
Somatic and nervous system-based practices
Guided moments of quiet and rest
Reflection and journaling prompts
Optional group sharing (always encouraged, never required)
An embodiment practice to explore between sessions
Between Sessions, You’ll Receive:
A guided somatic meditation pertaining to the week’s theme
Gentle, embodied practices to help you drop deeper into yourself
A private WhatsApp group to share thoughts, questions, & breakthroughs
We will not be rushing into transformation. We will be creating space through presence, and allowing clarity and impact to come forward in their own time.
Curriculum:
Week 1: Creating Safety in Stillness
Getting quiet, reconnecting with your inner world, and building a sense of safety and trust with what comes up
Week 2: Arriving in the Body
Discerning between mental noise and embodied knowing; noticing “shoulds” or expectations & sensations of yes and no
Week 3: Alchemizing Lived Experience
Working with memory and lived experience to uncover meaning and direction
Week 4: Integration & Impact
Giving language to what matters, identifying authentic ways to show up, and setting intention for moving forward
Format:
4 weekly live sessions on Zoom (60-75 minutes each)
Small, intimate group (limited to 7 participants)
Optional, in-person integration gathering for participants local to Phoenix
All practices are accessible, trauma-informed, and invitational
This container is not about starting a business, building a brand, or forcing a purpose, though those things may emerge for some.
It is about learning to listen to your body, trusting what you hear, and letting that awareness inform how you care for yourself and the world around you.
