Bring in the Spring Equinox in nature with a grounding & energizing yoga flow designed for renewal.

Welcome the Spring Equinox with intention, fresh air, and a moment to come home to yourself.
We’ll move through a slow, accessible yoga flow, settle into a guided meditation, and enjoy refreshing beverages to uplift and recharge. Practicing in nature invites your nervous system to soften, your breath to deepen, and your body to remember how good it feels to simply be.
As a special addition, you’ll also get to meet Midge, an adoptable pup through Arizona Chihuahua Rescue. She’ll be there to offer a little joy, a few tail wags, and maybe even steal your heart. 🐾
