Between Seasons
A Space to Honor the Season of Your Pet Loss Grief
Tuesday, March 10th
6:15pm MST
Live on Zoom
Sliding Scale Payment: $11-33
The world is moving towards spring, but your grief may not be.
As the days slowly grow longer, you may notice pressure to feel lighter, more hopeful, more “okay.” But grief doesn’t follow the calendar. Your inner world may still feel like winter. Or autumn. Or something in-between.
Between Seasons is a gentle, welcoming space for anyone grieving the loss of a beloved animal companion. This circle honors the season your grief is actually in—without trying to move you forward, cheer you up, or make meaning too soon. You’re invited to arrive exactly as you are.
Your Season of Grief Belongs Here
Together, we will:
Honor the season your grief is in without pressure to be anywhere else
Acknowledge the tenderness that can arise as the world changes around us
Gently tend to grief through embodied presence & reflective practice
Be witnessed by others who get it
You’re welcome whether your loss was recent or years ago. Grief doesn’t follow the calendar.
What to Expect
We’ll gather to connect with fellow pet grievers, share what’s on our hearts, and enjoy both reflective time & an embodied practice, including:
A Gentle Reflection Ritual
You’ll be invited to reflect on what “season” your grief feels like right now (winter, spring, summer, autumn—or somewhere in between) and how you might honor that season with patience & compassion.
There’s no right answer and no pressure to share. This is less about making something “right” and more about giving your inner experience somewhere to land.
A Guided Visualization Practice
We’ll close with a gentle, guided visualization designed to help you explore the season your grief is in right now.
You’ll be invited to imagine yourself within that season and compassionately witness what it’s like to be there without trying to change it, rush it, or move out of it.
